Operations Executive – Debt Segment

Role Overview:

The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations of the Debt Segment, covering Government Guaranteed Bonds, PSU Bonds, Private Bonds, Municipal Bonds, SDLs, T-Bills, G-Secs, and NCDs. The role involves ensuring smooth trade settlements, maintaining in-house platforms, preparing MIS reports, and managing brokerage receivables and payables.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle operational processes for all debt market instruments.

Coordinate with dealing, back-office, and compliance teams for trade execution and settlement.

Maintain and develop in-house operational platforms for the debt segment.

Prepare and update MIS data and operational reports on a regular basis.

Ensure accuracy and timely reconciliation of brokerage receivables and payables.

Support audits, regulatory requirements, and internal process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in Debt Market Operations or related capital market functions.

Strong understanding of fixed income instruments (G-Secs, SDLs, Bonds, NCDs, etc.).

Proficient in Excel and MIS reporting.

Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
