As an Operations Executive at BVSGlobal, your role as a Document Attestation Consultant based in Navi Mumbai, India, will be crucial in providing top-notch document attestation services to clients. Your sales expertise will be key in driving business growth and revenue generation. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle Inbound and Outbound calls globally with excellent telephonic etiquette skills. - Use your sales flair to engage and build rapport with clients, understanding their document attestation needs such as authentication, legalization, and apostille services. - Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities using consultative selling techniques. - Aid clients in preparing and organizing their documents for attestations and submissions. - Essential to have excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Maintain a sales pipeline, tracking interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities to meet sales targets. - Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders involved in the attestation process. **Qualification and Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in document attestation or related BPO segments. - High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any stream, with preference for tourism, travel, or hospitality. - Strong understanding of document attestation procedures, regulations, and requirements in various countries and regions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and proficiency in using Sales tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite applications. - Ability to adapt, show resilience, and maintain a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and client service delivery. - Bilingual proficiency in English/Arabic would be an added advantage. **Why Join Us :** - Competitive salary with negotiable terms and an attractive commission/incentive structure. - Opportunities for career growth and development within the organization.
