Operations Executive - Customer Support

As an Operations Executive at BVSGlobal, you will be responsible for providing document attestation services to clients and driving business growth through your sales expertise. Here is a detailed overview of your role: - Experience in handling Inbound and Outbound calls globally with good telephonic handling etiquette skills. - Engage and build rapport with clients to understand their document attestation requirements. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products. - Assist clients in preparing and organizing their documents for attestations and submissions. - Maintain a sales pipeline of prospective clients and track interactions to achieve sales targets. - Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders involved in the attestation process. Qualifications and Skills: - At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. - High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any stream, preferably in tourism, travel, or hospitality. - Strong understanding of document attestation procedures in various countries. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using Sales tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications. - Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Adaptability, resilience, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
