Operations Executive (CPMO) For Chennai/Vadodara/Pune/Hyderabad

Job Title : Operations Executive

Educational Qualification : MBA with Degree in Commerce/Science, nice to have work exp with Finance & Accounting

Deployment Sit: Chennai / Vadodara Pune / Hyderabf

Central PMO team responsibilities:

• Completion of Deal Pricing for all child opportunities and on-time project extensions and resource allocations
• Work closely with sales ops and delivery team •Ontime resource allocations for all projects
• Work closely with delivery PMs and RMG •Ensure weekly timesheets submission by all allocated resources
• Work closely with delivery PMs & project teams
• Ensure revenue recognition( invoicing/accrual) from all projects where resources are allocated for the month work closely with PMs
• Ensure all vendor PRs get created before PO expiry date for onsite and offshore TPCs and subcontractors
• Revenue Assurance: Periodic revenue projection, forecast, invoicing support, gap analysis Contribution margin improvement through analysis, projections, forecast, specific actions on various cost elements
• Project management support, project procurement assistance •Resource management support, Utilization tracking & improvement actions
• •Coordination with project managers, other internal stakeholders like RMG, HR, F&A, IT etc

Skill :

-Good communication skill, ability to coordinate with Leadership team -Highly proficient in data analysis, dashboarding & problem solving

- Thorough Understanding of P&L and accounting principles.

- Highly proficient in all system/ tools, Excel, PowerPoint (hands on with SAP modules will be an additional advantage)

- Ability to support multiple delivery units/Business units/across regions
