Title: Operations Executive Logistics & Warehouse Management

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end logistics, warehouse operations, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations across warehouse locations.

• Coordinate with vendors and sourcing partners for product procurement, delivery, and stock inwarding.

• Oversee inventory management, including IMEI tracking, stock reconciliation, and inter-warehouse transfers.

• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, pickup, and delivery.

• Create and monitor shipments through ERP or logistics platforms and ensure documentation accuracy (E-way bills, invoices, shipment labels, etc.).

• Handle operational issues related to delayed shipments, returns, and damaged goods.

• Track service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain dashboards for performance metrics.

• Support finance and compliance teams with reporting for settlements and insurance claims.

Requirements:

Masters degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration).

1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or warehouse management — preferably in e-commerce or retail.

Knowledge of logistics platforms (Eshipz, Shiprocket, Unicommerce, etc.) is an advantage.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Excel and documentation.
