Role: National Head – Operations Excellence & Client Governance

Location- Bangalore

Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Standardize processes across onboarding, compliance, associate lifecycle, and operational reviews.

• Govern client escalation response, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction metrics.

• Partner with Finance and Sales to improve billing hygiene and reduce DSO.

• Lead internal and external audit readiness, ensuring 100% compliance adherence.

• Drive automation, digitisation, and process transformation across workflows.

• Mentor and enable regional/state ops leaders with governance and capability programs.

• Improve client satisfaction and NPS scores and 100% compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications and Skills:

15+ years of relevant experience in operations and preferably from similar industry.
