Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day involves ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services to meet operational needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Ensure compliance with operational requirements.- Implement best practices for service delivery.- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team.
