Project Role :Operations Engineer

Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills :Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools

Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that all operational processes align with best practices and organizational goals. Your role will also include documenting procedures and providing insights to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance system performance.- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.- Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify potential issues.- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.- Familiarity with service level agreements and operational metrics.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
