Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operational activities, coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow, manage schedules, ensure compliance with company policies, assist in budgeting, and handle related administrative tasks. The Coordinator will also be involved in process improvement initiatives, performance tracking, and maintaining operational records.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
• Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with the media and entertainment industry is beneficial
