Responsibilities: - Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to foster positive communication. - Efficiently handle queries and escalations, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments. Required Skills: - 1+ years of experience as an Operations Coordinator or in an International Voice Process role. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
