Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, your role involves facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams. You will work closely with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and goals. Ensuring that all activities align with local, federal, industry, and company standards is a key responsibility. Your analytical skills will be utilized to observe, review, and identify inefficiencies in processes, as well as suggest areas for improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and resolve any issues in the production process effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management - Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs - Ensure activities conform to local, federal, industry, and company standards - Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements - Identify and resolve problems in the production process Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role - Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities - Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues - Effective communication skills including speaking, writing, and active listening - Ability to give and receive feedback constructively - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred In addition to the job requirements, the company offers Cell phone reimbursement as a benefit.
