Operations Coordinator

highly active, field-intensive role

Responsibilities:

• Spend a significant portion of the workday on-field, traveling between different metro stations to directly oversee promoter activities, provide real-time coaching, and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the team maintains a high standard of professionalism, brand representation, and customer interaction at all times.
• Closely monitor and track the daily performance of each promoter, focusing on key metrics such as the number of promotions completed, user acquisitions, and ticket sales.
• Assess the skills of the promoter team in a live environment to identify and address training needs effectively.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with Hyderabad Metro officials and station staff for seamless on-ground collaboration.

Requirements:

• Must be willing and physically able to travel extensively across the Hyderabad Metro network on a daily basis. This is a core requirement of the job.
• 2-4 years of experience in a field operations, team lead, or supervisor role, with a strong focus on managing a field sales or promoter team.
• Excellent knowledge of Hyderabad city and its Metro routes.

• Mandatory language proficiency:

  Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
