Operations Coordinator

As an Operations & Process Coordinator at our fast-growing company based in Coimbatore (Peelamedu), your role will be crucial in streamlining workflows, building systems, and promoting collaboration across various departments such as Production, Sales, HR, and Design. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with all departments to understand and document their workflows effectively. - Setting up and standardizing company processes to enhance efficiency and coordination among different teams. - Managing and enhancing task tracking systems using tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp. - Creating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure team alignment and updates. - Serving as the central point of contact for inter-department coordination and daily task alignment. - Tracking task updates, preparing reports, and supporting in planning and execution processes. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Minimum of 13 years of experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role. - Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Excel/Google Sheets, and/or Notion. - Experience with task/project management platforms to effectively manage workflows. - Strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate seamless coordination among teams. - A self-motivated individual who can work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
