Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, your role will involve facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams. You will work closely with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and goals. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all activities conform to local, federal, industry, and company standards. You will also be tasked with observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made. Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams - Work with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and goals - Ensure that all activities conform to local, federal, industry, and company standards - Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement - Identify and resolve any problems in the production process Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role - Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities - Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues - Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening - Ability to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from various channels - Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Diploma or equivalent preferred The company prefers a candidate who has graduated with a Diploma. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work location is in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is required.
