Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator at PENNEP, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operational tasks and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams. Your strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be key in supporting the Leadership and contributing to the success of ongoing projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Leadership to oversee daily operational tasks. - Draft, review, and manage emails to ensure clear and professional communication. - Assign and track tasks for team members, ensuring accountability and timely completion. - Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to support projects and initiatives. - Coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring technical setup and communication readiness. - Organize and maintain documents, reports, and files efficiently. - Plan corporate events and meetings with attention to detail. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in operations coordination, executive support, or project management. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with effective prioritization abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure. - High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion. Contract Details: - Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extend based on requirement and performance). - Work Mode: Hybrid - Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Nice to Have: - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
