Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator at PENNEP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering effective collaboration across teams. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be key to managing operational tasks and supporting various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with Leadership to oversee day-to-day operational tasks. - Draft, review, and manage emails to facilitate clear and professional communication. - Assign and track tasks for team members to ensure accountability and timely completion. - Support Marketing and Development teams with ongoing projects and initiatives. - Coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring technical setup and communication readiness. - Organize and maintain important documents, reports, and files efficiently. - Plan and coordinate corporate events and meetings with meticulous attention to detail. - Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in operations coordination, executive support, or project management. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with effective prioritization abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders. - High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Additional Details: - Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extend based on requirement and performance). - Work Mode: Hybrid - Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Nice to Have: - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Education: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
