Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, with possible extension)

About the Role

Quikjet Cargo is expanding its Operations Control Centre (OCC) and is inviting applications for a 6-month contractual position based in Delhi.

This role supports the day-to-day functioning of our OCC, managing operational control, flight dispatch coordination, and crew rostering for our Boeing 737-800 freighter operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support day-to-day operations of Quikjet’s network.

• Assist with flight planning, dispatch coordination, and movement control.

• Support crew rostering, scheduling, and disruption management.

• Maintain close coordination with Flight Operations, IOCC, Ground Ops, and Maintenance Control.

• Update and monitor data in OCC systems for flight status, crew legality, and operational reporting.

• Ensure compliance with DGCA FDTL and company operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Airline OCC / Flight Dispatch / Crew Rostering/ Fresh CPL holders (mandatory).

• Familiarity with OCC / rostering software (e.g. ARMS, AIMS, Skybook, etc.).

• Strong understanding of operational processes and communication protocols.

• Good coordination, decision-making, and multitasking skills under pressure.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (aviation-related background preferred).

• Prior experience with a scheduled airline or cargo operator is desirable.

• Dispatcher / Operations Control background will be an added advantage.
