Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of site operations, field operations and over all inhouse operations. - Ensure efficient coordination between different departments to optimize productivity. - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or concerns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices. - Maintain and update documentation related to operations and ensure compliance with regulations. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. - Provide training and support to site members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
