Operations Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client & Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience across client management, operational coordination, and travel planning. Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Travel Planning

• Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel for staff or clients.
• Handle hotel bookings, flight reservations, and visa applications.
• Maintain travel documentation and manage travel expense records.

Back Office Support

• Manage and update internal trackers, databases, and documentation.
• Support operational processes, reporting, and documentation tasks.
• Ensure timely and error-free backend coordination with relevant departments.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, admin, operations, or similar roles (internships also count!).

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

• Quick learners and immediate joiners are preferred.
