Operations Associate

Working on support and services provided to suppliers, as a part of the supply operations team, your goal is to maintain consistent support for our suppliers, regional heads, and coordinators. You will play a key role in getting product listings and venue descriptions on the website. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidates to grow their skills in supplier coordination, product listing, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fun, and hard-working scale-up. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting, advising, and supporting suppliers during the onboarding process and in maintaining their products. - Working closely with regional coordinators to ensure that content, descriptions, calendars, images, and pricing for popular events or temporary exhibitions are up-to-date on the product page. - Ensuring that venue details are displayed correctly in the most optimal way on our website. - Providing real-time updates on the availability of experiences and sales availability of the venue. - Executing quality checks in the product listing process.
