Designation: Customer Analyst Employment Type: Full-time/Contractual Working Mode: In-Office (day & night rotatory shifts) Key responsibilities: 1. Provide support to end customers through emails and online chats by handling customer requests and queries 2. Understand the international environment in the context of customer support and provide solutions to end customers acceptable against globally recognized standards 3. Sustain and build a professional rapport with the clients 4. Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs Who can apply: 1. Proficient in comprehending and solving end customers' queries and good command of the English language, especially written 2. Ability to work in rotational shifts (Morning/Day/Night) 3.
