Operations Associate

• Carry out routine operational responsibilities for one of our Program in Haryana which is ''SAVERA''
• Set up operations of two new OPD centers in Delhi. He/she would be responsible to commission the centers at first place will central team and then manage routine operations
• Ensure all regulatory compliances related to licenses, certifications, and documentation are met for both centers
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders at Medanta, including; Project team for construction and interior designing of the OPD centers, Marketing team for development and dissemination of materials, legal team for drafting, reviewing, and renewing MOUs and service agreements, supply chain team for procurement and vendor coordination
• Additionally own

  General Administration

  tasks for the Foundation which are documents for Bus repairs, maintenance, insurance, RTO certification, and fitness documentation. Fuel management for buses and genets, end-to-end coordination for Cab and hotel bookings for staff travel (of Medanta Foundation), manage rental payments and lease agreements for the various locations as appropriate, maintain duty logs and ensure timely payments for outsourced staff (e.g., drivers, field assistants)
• Any other routine Operational/Administrative task of the Foundation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors' / Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or program management—preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
