Operations Associate (Medanta Foundation)

As an Operations Associate at Medanta Foundation, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operational activities of the ""SAVERA"" Program in Haryana and establish operations for two new OPD centers in Delhi. You will work closely with the central team to set up and manage the daily functions of these centers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including licenses, certifications, and documentation. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to collaborate with various internal stakeholders at Medanta, such as the Project team, Marketing team, legal team, and supply chain team. This will involve coordinating activities related to construction, interior designing, marketing materials, legal agreements, and procurement processes. Furthermore, you will be tasked with handling any other routine operational or administrative duties assigned by the Foundation. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors" or Masters" degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in operations, administration, or program management, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector, is required.
