What You’ll Do:

• Prepare financial reports and statements, perform bank reconciliations, and conduct cyclical audits.
• Create ad-hoc reports to address various business needs.
• Prepare and organize tax documents.
• Compile and analyze financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage and maintain financial documents using Excel.
• Regularly interact with external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
• Solid experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (intermediate to advanced level).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with accounting software is preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.
