What you will learn and contribute to (Key Responsibilities):

• Strategic looking out additional business opportunities with existing customer, looking out opportunities for cost saving and freight margin too.
• Functional body building, billing and dispatch planning with customer.
• co-ordination with BAs for driver availability and planning.
• Co-ordination with commercial and BAS for bill submission.
• Co-ordination with plant team for urgent vehicle requirement.
• Co-ordination with AO team and dealership for vehicle delivery. And POD collection.
• Allocation of bill vehicle as per driver availability with BAS.
• Review of body building, billing and dispatch, tracking and MIS with team for review of stockyard operation and adherence for team review for all the MIS and reports.
• Review of stockyard, FG yard audit and inventory transit time and quality.
• Delivery adherence handling priority of double driver movement request.
• Handling secondary and special movement request.
• Handling yearly targets of kaizen and MIS targets assigned by HO.
• Debit cost discussion and finalization with customer for handling of customer and business partner.
• Should possess national route knowledge of India.
• Must have acquaintance with operation and statutory documents.

Critical Competencies:

• Good in verbal and mail communication.
• Should be well versed with Stockyard Operation.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Enthusiastic learner who is ready to take up new challenges.
• Should be team Leader.

Experience

• 6/8 Year.

Qualifications:

• Any post Graduate or equivalent degree
