Salary: 4-6 Lakhs PA based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and directing warehouse employees

Order Fulfillment:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor order processing and implement improvements to reduce order processing time

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines.

Inventory Control:

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any variances promptly.
• Manage and optimize storage space to ensure efficient use of warehouse capacity.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse management experience (minimum one year)
• Experience in e-commerce operations is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
