Operations Assistant

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities As an Operations Assistant, you will ensure smooth backend coordination and seamless delivery of our services. Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate bookings and vehicle dispatch schedules across locations Communicate with chauffeurs, vendors and clients to ensure timely pickups and deliveries Ensure vehicle readiness before dispatch (cleanliness, fuel, documentation) Maintain real-time logs of vehicle movement, usage and client requirements in Excel/Google Sheets for internal tracking and communication Assist in document preparation – booking confirmations, duty slips, invoices, etc. Ensure operational changes or emergency rerouting efficiently Work closely with the sales and customer service team to ensure client expectations are met Inventory tracking (vehicle accessories, branding material, etc.) Qualifications & Skills Graduate in – Operations, Business or any related industry.
