Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Assistant to join our team on-site in New Delhi. The Operations Assistant will support daily operational tasks, manage customer service inquiries, and ensure smooth operations management. This role involves performing data analysis, maintaining communication with clients, vendors and team members, and assisting in optimizing operational processes.

• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
