Operations Assistant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and updating the online product portal in Mangalore. This includes adding new products, descriptions, images, and relevant information to enhance user experience. Additionally, you will provide website and web application demos to end users and clients. Collaboration with the team for regular updates and improvements on the portal is crucial to ensure optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update the online product portal by adding new products, descriptions, images, and relevant information - Provide website and web application demos to end users and clients - Assist in general office tasks and daily operations - Collaborate with the team for regular updates and improvements on the portal Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills in English and Hindi - Basic knowledge of internet browsing and online tools - Ability to learn and explain web applications to users - Comfortable with multitasking and taking initiative Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift hours. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 07/07/2025. While experience with e-commerce or content management systems is a bonus, it is not mandatory. A basic understanding of digital tools or customer support platforms would also be advantageous.,
