Operations Assistant

As a Web Portal & Online Operations Assistant in Mangalore, you will be responsible for managing and updating the online product portal. This includes adding new products, descriptions, images, and relevant information to enhance user experience. You will also be required to provide website and web application demos to end users and clients. In addition to portal management, you will assist in general office tasks and daily operations. Collaboration with the team for regular updates and improvements on the portal is crucial to ensure its optimal performance. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of internet browsing and online tools is essential. Your ability to learn and explain web applications to users will be highly valuable. Being comfortable with multitasking and taking initiative are traits that will contribute to your success in this position. While experience with e-commerce or content management systems is a bonus, it is not mandatory. A basic understanding of digital tools or customer support platforms would also be advantageous.
