Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant, based in Patna. The Operations Assistant will support day-to-day operational activities, coordinate tasks to ensure business efficiency, and assist with operations management. The role involves maintaining smooth business workflows, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The position requires collaboration with team members to enhance operational strategies and deliver outstanding organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations and Operations Management for effectively handling and improving business processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Proficient in Communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and liaise with clients effectively.
• Experience in Customer Service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant operations management tools and software.
• Familiarity with AdTech or marketing operations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
