Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with managing their bookings, responding to inquiries, and booking tickets on their behalf. Exceptional multitasking ability with proficiency in doing computer related tasks and fluent communication in English is essential. The ideal candidate can remain calm under pressure, adapt to a dynamic work environment, multitask, creative and thrive in a start-up setting. Qualifications: • Strong computer skills, including browsing, ticket booking and check-ins. • Excellent proficiency in the English language (written and verbal). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Responsibilities: • Managing travel bookings and check-ins. • Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally. • Establishing and maintaining high standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability. • Writing blog. Nature of Job: • This is a remote job and the candidates must have their own laptop or personal computer and good internet connection to perform the job. • The candidate should be open to work in night shifts.
