Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant, located in Indore. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient production processes. Additional tasks include addressing customer service queries, supporting operations management, and maintaining records.

• Knows how to use Laptop, Shopify is a plus
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
