Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Indore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Helping hand in packing orders & overseeing the staff
• Knows how to use laptop
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
