• Manage international customer queries via calls, chat, and email
• Provide accurate information and troubleshooting support
• Resolve technical issues for global customers (for tech roles)
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high customer satisfaction
• Meet performance metrics including Quality, CSAT, AHT, and Sales targets
• Update all interactions in CRM tools
• Work closely with team leads and quality teams for improvements

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability
• Technical understanding (for Technical Support / Technical Sales)
• Ability to work in night shifts and fast-paced processes
• Sales ability and persuasion (for sales roles)
