About the Role

We are looking for responsible and customer-friendly individuals to manage our court operations at Picadel Academy, Kilpauk. The role is simple but important: ensuring smooth bookings, handling customer needs, and keeping the court ready for play.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage court bookings through the

  Turftown app

  and phone calls.
• Be present at the court during booked slots.
  
• Hand over and collect sports equipment (e.g., paddles).
  
• Collect booking fees or payments (cash/UPI) and maintain records.
  
• Ensure the court area is neat, safe, and ready for customers.
  
• Report any issues or damages to management immediately.
  

Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th pass (graduates welcome).
  

• Languages:

  Tamil (mandatory), English, and Hindi preferred.
• Basic smartphone knowledge (for Turftown app).
  
• Friendly and professional communication with customers.
  
• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
  
• Prior experience in customer service / ground operations is a plus, but not required.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to

  30,000/month

  (depending on single or double shift).

• Overtime available

  with additional pay.
• Weekly offs will be scheduled on rotation.
