Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers for arranging required product samples

• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and quotations

• Arrange, track, and dispatch samples to clients and testing labs

• Follow up on sample test reports and ensure timely comparisons

• Finalize and dispatch counter samples to clients as per requirement

• Maintain and update Excel records of samples (buyer-wise and supplier-wise)

• Track and manage stock of samples and materials in godowns

• Coordinate with internal teams over call to ensure smooth sample movement

• Assist with basic accounts-related entries and document handling

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in Excel and basic MS Office tools

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups

• Ability to multitask and handle vendor/client calls efficiently

Experience: 1–3 years in a similar desk-based coordination role (sampling, logistics, or

procurement preferred)

Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / any relevant field)
