Operations and Maintenance Manager

🎓 Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electromechanical Engineering

🔧 Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of

  ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems)

  including:
• Shuttles
• Cranes
• RGVs (Rail-Guided Vehicles)
• Conveyors
• Proficiency in

  Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)

  and

  Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Familiarity with

  automation software

  and

  PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)

• Knowledge of

  IT systems

  used in warehouse automation (e.g., databases, system interfaces, troubleshooting tools)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure optimal performance of automated warehouse systems.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and reduce downtime through preventive and corrective measures.
• Manage and train a team of technicians and operators.
• Analyze data and system performance to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, logistics, safety, supply chain).

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in automated warehouse environments or manufacturing.
