Purpose:

To oversee the end-to-end management of campaign leads and operational activities at Veda Sankalpa, ensuring smooth onboarding of campaigns, timely donor gift management, accurate documentation, and streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads Management

Identify and track new leads.

Verify lead suitability, communicate with NGOs/individuals, and confirm campaign readiness.

Handle KYC, MOU, and NOC documentation before campaign launch.

Collect and organize campaign content (photos, videos, interviews) for the Content Team.

Confirm campaign preferences and ensure smooth story creation.

Gather post-campaign updates (photos, videos, feedback) for Marketing/Updates.

Verify campaign invoices and collect transfer confirmation declarations.

Operations Management

Manage monthly donor gifts program (preparation, dispatch, tracking).

Coordinate bulk/regular shipments via Shiprocket and share tracking with Support Team.

Maintain and update inventory sheets (incoming, outgoing, current stock, reorder alerts).

Track and record operational expenses (gifts, packaging, shipping, etc.).

Submit monthly operational and expense reports to Accounts.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and relationship management

Organizational and coordination skills

Knowledge of campaign/project management tools (Trello, Google Sheet)

Basic financial and inventory management

Familiarity with shipping/logistics platforms
