Operations Analyst - Data & Presentation - Officer

Role Overview: As an Operations Analyst at our company, you will be a vital part of the Credit Product Strategy & Operations team. Your role will involve utilizing your strong data analysis and presentation skills to transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling presentations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational consistency and supporting project execution within established guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and data visualizations dashboards using advanced Excel and Tableau to track key performance indicators, project statuses, and operational metrics. - Create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint for various stakeholders, including senior management, summarizing complex information, project progress, and analytical findings in a clear and concise manner. - Assist in documenting and tracking issue resolution and risk mitigation efforts by preparing data-driven reports and supporting materials for MRAs, Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and Self-Identified Issues (SIIs). - Provide analytical support for projects by creating and managing project trackers, timelines, and status reports in Excel, and preparing periodic project updates and summaries for leadership review. - Contribute to the implementation of best practices by developing standardized reporting templates and processes to ensure operational consistency across business units. - Support the team in maintaining and reporting on established governance mechanisms and controls, utilizing data analysis and presentation tools to highlight adherence and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze existing processes and data in Excel to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and optimization, presenting findings and recommendations to the team. - Actively participate in learning, development, and training opportunities focused on enhancing analytical, data visualization, and presentation skills. Qualifications: - Demonstrable financial services experience, including 1-3 years in the Banking or extended Financial Industry. - Strong understanding of data management and reporting best practices. - Familiarity with financial processes and policies is a plus. - Knowledge of Citi's internal systems is an advantage. - Proven experience in preparing clear, concise, and professional presentations for senior audiences. - Awareness and adherence to a strong control environment. - BA/BSc in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. A higher degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification is a plus.,
