Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in asset insurance operations. Roles and Responsibility Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement in asset insurance operations. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance overall performance. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes. Job Requirements Strong understanding of asset insurance operations and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is required. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
