The role:

We are a small, fast-growing team. We need a well-presented, confident Administrative & Operations Executive who can manage the office, keep the team disciplined, assign tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as the primary point of communication between founders and Pune team.
• Maintain daily reports, performance logs, and project updates.
• Manage hiring coordination, onboarding, attendance, and basic HR activities.
• Coordinate office purchases, inventory, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare documents, and handle administrative work.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and update internal processes when needed.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organised, productive office environment.
• Support founders with operational and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi).
• Presentable appearance, confident personality, and strong command presence.
• Ability to manage people politely but firmly.
• Highly organised with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Notion, and basic digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle founder instructions precisely.
