Operations & Administration Executive (Multi-Functional Role)

Position: Operations & Support Executive

1. Office & Administrative Operations

• Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and business documentation.
• Manage inventory, update stock records, and support basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline operational activities.

2. Sales, Marketing & Customer Relations

• Assist in executing sales and marketing campaigns, including lead follow-ups and tele-calling.
• Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems and CDR records.
• Handle customer and partner onboarding and ensure clear and timely communication.
• Provide customer support through phone, email, or chat while maintaining high service quality.

3. Technical & Field Support

• Support device configuration, basic troubleshooting, and telecom-related technical tasks.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams when required.
• Offer operational or technical support to branches and partners.

4. HR & Internal Coordination

• Assist with HRMS functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and maintaining basic HR documentation.
• Coordinate internal communication, team updates, and inter-departmental information flow.

5. Billing & Financial Support

• Generate and manage invoices/bills for customers and vendors.
• Track payments received, maintain receipts, and update financial records accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
