Operational Processes Specialist – Czech market

Join our team as Operational Processes Specialist and support operations related to the management of non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios in the Czech market. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual responsible for coordinating operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing collaboration with external partners.

This position is intended for individuals who are looking to relocate to Malta.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate operational activities related to NPL portfolio servicing in cooperation with servicers
• Monitor performance indicators (e.g. contact and conversion rates) and track milestone completion in both amicable and legal collection processes
• Control invoices: validate, reconcile, and ensure timely processing of servicing and legal costs
• Manage post-purchase obligations and handle claims related to defective receivables
• Identify and implement process improvements, automate reporting, and enhance cooperation with servicers
• Prepare operational analyses and reports for investor relations purposes
• Ensure operational compliance with Regulations and EU directives related to NPL transactions

What we expect:

• University degree (preferably in Finance, Law, or Business Administration)
• Initial professional experience, ideally in the financial sector
• Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
