Operational Manager

The Operations Manager in Healthcare is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility in Chandigarh. Your role involves ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, and optimal resource utilization. You will support teams to deliver high-quality care while upholding operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations across departments such as front office and facility management. Collaboration with clinical staff is essential to improve patient flow, minimize wait times, and enhance care delivery. Managing budgets, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently is also part of your role. You will be expected to implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational efficiency. Developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative and support functions is vital. Leading and supporting staff through training, scheduling, and performance reviews will be a key aspect of the job. Additionally, coordinating emergency preparedness and safety protocols is essential. Qualifications for this role include 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration.
