Job Description

Operations Systems Management

1. Manage project planning with vendors and associated departments, including the finalization of project budget, timelines, and operating plan.
2. Generate a comprehensive detailed operating plan and build continuous progress monitoring strategies, ensuring adherence to decided timelines and budgets.
3. Implement project management methodologies and tools to track progress and facilitate communication among project stakeholders.

Incident Service Management (Operations)

1. Evaluate and validate the resolution of incidents and service-level issues.
2. Enhance incident response and problem resolution processes, focusing on minimizing service disruptions on a global scale.
3. Drive the management of critical issues, level 2, and level 3 escalations, ensuring swift resolution and sustained quality customer service.
4. Generate monitoring systems for tracking the solutions health and performance, with automated alerts initiating action for potential issues.
5. Define SLA and support management structure with periodic monitoring.
Vendor Management (Operations)

1. Establish a robust vendor management process, starting from vendor selection to contract negotiations and management.
2. Assess vendor performances regularly, ensuring they meet the service-level agreements, quality, timeline requirements and required tech stacks are utilized in solution delivery.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing any issues promptly, and ideating on countermeasures to avoid any potential risks or challenges.

Compliance and Risk Management

1. Ensure that digital operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Assess and mitigate risks associated with digital projects and operations.
3. Implement quality control procedures to ensure that digital outputs meet the required standards and customer expectations.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality levels.

Process Improvement (Operations)

1. Drive continuous improvement within automation teams, facilitating performance measures, and promoting best practices
2. Approve changes to processes with an intent of improving efficiency, productivity, and overall performance
3. Liaison with hardware, software, and service vendors in the automation ecosystem including contract negotiation and collaboration agreements
4. Manage the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to maximize productivity.
