Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Online Sales Department. The role requires deep understanding of online sales models or proven expertise in dark store operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, profitability, and scalability in our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee complete online sales operations, including dark store functioning.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive growth through process optimization and effective execution of sales strategies.
• Set up SOPs, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms to measure and improve performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor teams to build operational excellence.
• Monitor operational costs, analyze data, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Partner with leadership for expansion and scaling strategies.

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or E-Commerce.
• Minimum 5 years experience in online sales operations or dark store management.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large teams.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management, and logistics integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Results-driven and process-oriented mindset.
