Role Description

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Intern for an on-site internship role based in Indore. The intern will assist in improving organizational processes by analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing actionable solutions. Responsibilities include supporting process optimization initiatives, collecting and analyzing data to drive performance improvements, and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures. Additionally, the intern will work closely with various departments to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Process Improvement, Workflow Analysis, and Data Collection
• Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies for operational efficiency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Effective collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience or coursework in operational management is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
