Operational Enablement Manager

As a Junior Operational Enablement Manager at Computacenter, you will play a crucial role in supporting new business take on, projects, and service extensions. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in migration and change projects - Taking the lead for minor In Life Changes affecting GSC RUN teams - Representing GSC requirements in process workshops - Achieving customer satisfaction through proactive and solution-oriented behavior - Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships - Updating and tracking project documentation for successful outcomes - Coordinating and planning requirements to meet project deadlines - Conducting customer-related training and knowledge transfer for GSC Run teams - Supporting testing phase and creating test cases for GSC Run - Assisting during hyper-care phase for GSC - Contributing to the acceptance of service into GSC BAU - Working closely with Operational Enablement Manager during Business take on/Changes - Acting in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and reporting any potential or actual Security events or risks Qualifications required for this role include: - Command over English in written and spoken communication - Continuous improvement focus - Experience in developing best practice policies and procedures - Project team experience with involvement in projects - Basic understanding of change management - Proven experience with Microsoft applications - Good GSC process know-how and network - Familiarity with relevant business systems such as SAP, ITSM, SNOW - Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities - Strong literacy and numeracy skills - Understanding of Knowledge Management importance - Ability to manage own and others" workload - Confident spoken and written communication at management level With over 20,000 employees worldwide, Computacenter advises organizations on IT strategy, implements technology solutions, and helps manage technology infrastructure in 70+ countries.
