Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive measurable operational efficiency initiatives across the organization
Lead implementation and integration of new technologies (including AI) into our core processes with both internal technology teams as well as potential third-party partners
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies throughout the insurance transaction lifecycle
Partner with operations, product, and technology teams to embed scalable solutions that strengthen both bottom line and customer relations
Manage projects end-to-end, holding stakeholders accountable for results
Develop and implement standardised processes and best practices across teams
Act as the connective tissue between technology innovation and front line operations
Prepare and present performance improvement outcomes to executive leadership

Qualifications & Skills

10+ years in P&C insurance processing operations, with a focus on process optimisation
Proven experience driving technology and AI integration & adoption in operational settings
Demonstrated success in delivering measurable cost savings or efficiency gains
Deep knowledge of insurance processing procedures, systems, workflows, and transaction processes
Adept at stakeholder management: peers, execs, cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with global teams a plus
Experience in or working with BPOs such as EXL, WNS, Cognizant, etc. is a plus
Lean / Six Sigma helpful but not a substitute for practical, strategic insurance process delivery mindset
